NO HASSLE REPLACEMENT POLICY
For defective items
- As long as your defective item is returned within 60 days your card will not be charged for the second shipment. We will provide a prepaid return label to you for the damaged item.
For items damaged or missing in transit
- Give us a call and we will file a freight claim with the shipping company. Please hold on to the product and packaging for 30 days, the shipper may pick these up for inspection. In some cases the item will be field scrapped, if this is the case the item can be disposed of.
